- Below is a simple guide to help you set up and use your Luméa™ dispenser with ease.

Getting Started:

⭐Mounting Your Dispenser

- Setting up your dispenser is quick and mess-free — no tools required.

  1. Wipe the surface clean where you plan to place the dispenser.
  2. Peel off the adhesive protection from the wall holder.
  3. Stick the holder securely to the wall and press firmly.
  4. Place the dispenser onto the holder.
  5. Peel off the screen protection.
  6. Power on the dispenser.

- Your dispenser is now mounted and ready to use.

 

⭐Filling the Dispenser

- To ensure smooth foam dispensing and avoid any mess, please use diluted liquid soap.

Recommended soap ratio:
Mix 1 part liquid soap with 3–8 parts water

Once filled:

  1. Power on the dispenser.
  2. Place your hand under the sensor repeatedly until foam begins dispensing.

- This helps the internal system combine soap and water to create the perfect foam texture.

 

⭐Powering On

Your Luméa™ dispenser has two buttons located on the right side:

  • Top button = Settings / Confirm
  • Bottom button = Power / Adjust

To turn on the dispenser:

  • Press and hold the bottom button until the display powers on.

Setting the Time

→ To enter time-setting mode:

  1. Make sure the dispenser is powered on.
  2. Press and hold the top button to enter time-setting mode.

→ Set the Hour

  • Press the bottom button repeatedly to adjust the hour.
  • Once the correct hour is displayed, press the top button once to confirm.

→ Set the Minutes

  • The display will automatically switch to minutes.
  • Press the bottom button repeatedly to adjust the minutes.
  • Once finished, press and hold the top button to save and exit.

- Your time is now set.

 

⭐Choosing Your Foam Level

Customize your dispensing experience with 3 foam output modes:

  • Mode 1 → Light foam output
  • Mode 2 → Medium foam output
  • Mode 3 → Maximum foam output

- To switch between modes, simply press the power button.

  • To switch between (°C) and (°F), double press the power button.

 

ⓘ Important Care Instructions:

To keep your Luméa™ dispenser working at its best:

  • Do not wash the dispenser directly under running water
  • The dispenser is not fully waterproof


  • It is splash-resistant and protected against water droplets
  • Safe for use in bathrooms and kitchens near sinks

For cleaning, simply wipe the exterior gently with a soft, damp cloth.

 

⭐ Helpful Tips:

  • Always use diluted liquid soap for best performance
  • Avoid thick or undiluted soap, as it may affect foam output
  • Ensure the sensor area stays clean for optimal responsiveness
  • Mount on a smooth, dry surface for best adhesion
  • Charging is simple and convenient. You can remove the dispenser from its holder and charge it on any surface, or if you have a power outlet nearby, you can charge it directly while it stays mounted on the wall.
  • Just 2–3 hours via USB-C fully recharges the dispenser for weeks of uninterrupted performance.
  • Note: We recommend fully charging your dispenser after receiving it from shipment for optimal performance.
